We have a lot of cats and are still working on bios for everyone, but here is a few !!
Above is Tanny– he will be one of the first to greet you. He is very friendly but does NOT want to live in a home (I tried!) He has a huge personality, and LOVES other kitties as well as people.

Berlioz. One of the 3 “Aristo-Cats” who came to the ranch as kittens from an unsafe location near the freeway in Draper
Rafael. Named before I discovered it’s a SHE! So, otherwise known as Rafaelita.
Sochi. Look similar to Rafael? They are probably sisters. They came from the same colony in Midvale.

Mr. B was a ranch favorite. Mr. B and Rafael were in love and inseparable. Mr. B passed away in 2013.

The third Aristocat, Toulouse. He is by far our fluffiest.
Still look like the same orange cat? Nope, this is Snookie! I think he is the Dad to all the other Midvale orange kids.
This is Chuckie! He came in with Howard and Spelman, and they are an absolutely bonded trio. They are often seen together, hanging out.
Spelman ! He will be the one hissing at you. He’s just saying HI!

Chuckie and Howard. (best friends)

Fluffy. One of our originals who came in as a kitten in 2009. she passed away from a heart tumor.

Patches
Shenzi
Twins! From the same colony. They were always seen together. Harvard (front) is doing well. Her sister, Oxford, passed away from FIP.

Bryn Mawr was a gorgeous boy, who passed away from wet FIP in 2013.
A kitty named “Heaven”

Trinity, aka Graybie Girl

Big Man!!! Some day there will be a novel written about him. But the brief summary is, he was the ranch dictator until he finally purred his way into our home!!

Our first batch of cats had so many orange ones that it was hard to keep them straight. Thus silly names like Big Man and Little Man. This is Little Man. Who turned out to be a girl. 🙂 **Update: Little Man passed away June 2017 from natural causes, Rest in Peace Little Man**
Xavier! An all-black boy, who lives on the North Side.
Michael. He is not that afraid of you, but he still doesn’t want you to touch him. 🙂
Oslo. Rescued from Lehi, where people were poisoning cats. He lived a happy 3 years here. RIP Oslo.
Martin! One of the original orange kitties!
Harry Houdini. Also from Lehi- he dug out of his relocation cage the very first night.

This guy’s name was originally Buddy, because of his crossed eyes. However, he showed up one day with the end of his tail missing! After this we call him Stumpy.

Willamina is another twin at the ranch! She is enjoying life at the ranch, but her twin brother Will is living at our home. He has been a sickly guy from Day One, and was named Will because of his “will to live.”
Will.

Another orange cat? Yes. This is Roger. He lives at home with us now too, along with Mirka– they were from the same hoarding situation before coming to Ear Tip. They were in an adoption program for a while but dropped out. They decided he would be friendly to ME and me only.. no one else!
—- The following are kitties that WERE adopted from Ear Tip Ranch !! —–

These poor sweethearts were brought in to the ranch on the coldest day in February, 2009. There was no other option, the city was coming in to take and kill all the cats from a hoarding situation. A week or two into relocation, I noticed these two were so sick. Very sick. I didn’t know what to do, but we put cardboard over the opening to their shelter, and brought them to Orchard Animal Clinic. It turns out these two, Georgette and Jackson, had calici virus! 😦 Not only was Orchard able to get them completely healthy again, they came back TAME. Completely lovey and tame. I put them in an an adoption program and they were adopted out the very next weekend!!! Amazing.
This guy came from a very dangerous place for cats. He lived outside even though he is extremely friendly! My sister fell in love with his charm and good looks, and adopted him! He flew on a plane back to New Jersey, and now lives a great life in a Victorian house on the Delaware River.
Thomas was another kitty that came from a bad place! He had a horrible infection on his face when we got him. When he got healthy, he went shopping for a home! He found one, about a black away from the ranch. The family loves him!
This ORANGE guy showed up out of nowhere, not fixed, made himself at home and even started bullying around the other cats!! So what could we do, other than get him neutered and name him Donald Trump? Sorry!! If this is upsetting to you, you can just call him Donald. 🙂
